A Bioblitz of Garry Oak Ecosystems and Adjacent Habitat in Greater Victoria
Victoria is in a very diverse bioregion with habitats including endangered Garry Oak Ecosystems, Coastal Douglas-fir forests and rich intertidal marine life. Our rallying spot will be the scrub oak habitat of Cattle Point by Uplands Park and we will work in groups to sample other locations in the region.

"I try to spend as much time as I can outside in nature but I guess I don’t really think about what’s around me on a day to day basis. It was cool to have experts point out so many species and explain some of their techniques."
