BioBlitz Canada 150 NWT – TNO
A Bioblitz is an event where people identify as many species as possible in a location. This Bioblitz is organized to provide opportunities for local involvement, including specific people with local knowledge and traditional knowledge. BioBlitz Canada 150 NWT – TNO projects are being coordinated by the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre, Environment and Natural Resources, Aurora Research Institute, Canadian Heritage and Canadian Wildlife Federation for Canada 150.

August 9: Fort Simpson, organized with ITI and ENR Dehcho Region Fungi special (mushrooms and lichens)
August 10-12: Yellowknife – Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre
